# A tour of the Cxnch app: Cxnch end-to-end walkthrough

## Where everything lives, from the Dashboard to reports, shipping and user management.

**The Dashboard**

The Dashboard is the first screen you see when you sign in. Four numbers across the top show where your mail stands:

- Pending fulfillment
- In transit with USPS
- Delivered in the last 30 days
- Average delivery time

**Quick actions**

Below the numbers are four buttons that cover most of what you'll do:

| Button | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| Send Mail | Starts the step-by-step wizard for an everyday mail job |
| Cxnch+ managed | Runs a managed job our team built with you (Tier 5 and above) |
| Ship a Package | Rate-shops USPS, UPS and FedEx and prints a label |
| Request a Custom Quote | Starts a custom print request for anything outside the standard flow |

**Navigation bar**

The sidebar holds everything else: **Dashboard**, **Mail** (Jobs, Mail pieces and Templates), **Performance Reports**, shipping, and account settings. Help is always one click away from the help panel in the app.

**Job and mail piece reporting**

Open **Mail → Jobs** to see every job and its status. Open **Mail → Mail pieces** to drill into a single letter, including its address corrections and delivery status.

**Performance Reports**

See delivery results and trends across your jobs over time.

**Shipping and tracking**

Create shipments, compare live carrier rates and track parcels in one place.

**Admin and user management**

Admins can invite users, set permissions and manage the account's subscription and billing.
