# How do I create a Cxnch account?

## Sign up online in a few minutes, then send your first job.

You can create a Cxnch account online. There are no setup fees and no long-term contract.

**To create your account**

1. Go to [app.cxnch.com/signup](https://app.cxnch.com/signup)
2. Enter your work email and create a password.
3. Add your organization's details.
4. Choose a subscription tier. Not sure which fits? Use the [cost calculator](https://cxnch.com/calculator.html?hsLang=en-us) to compare, or start at a lower tier and change later.
5. Add a credit card. Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, by card.
6. Sign in and land on your Dashboard.

**After you sign up**

- **Invite your team.** Admins can add users and set what each person can do.
- **Request a BAA first if you send PHI.** Email sales@cxnch.com or support@cxnch.com before you upload any protected health information.
- **Send your first job.** Most customers are sending within a few days of signing up.

**Signing in later:** go to [cxnch.com](https://cxnch.com/get-started.html?hsLang=en-us) or app.cxnch.com and enter your email and password. Forgot your password? Click **Forgot password?** on the sign-in screen.
