How long does fulfillment and delivery take?
1–3 business days to reach USPS, then typically 3–5 days for First-Class delivery.
- Standard fulfillment: 2–3 business days from when we receive your file to USPS entry.
- Express / same-day fulfillment: Same day for mail submitted before 2:00 pm pacific time is available as an add-on for time-sensitive mail. Select it in your job's mail options.
- USPS delivery: First-Class Mail typically arrives 3–5 days after it enters the USPS network.
Every tailpiece sent through cxnch comes with USPS tracking of all scan data. You can follow each job's progress from your Dashboard. If a job looks stuck, see Delivery delays or contact support with your Job ID.
