# How to contact Cxnch support

## Email or live chat, with replies within 4 business hours.

- **Email:** support@cxnch.com. A specialist replies within 4 hours on business days. After-hours messages are answered first thing the next morning.
- **Live chat:** Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM MST, from the chat button in the app or on cxnch.com.

**To get help faster:**

1. Include your Job ID if your question is about a specific job (for example, JOB-20260501-004).
2. Describe what happened, what you expected, and any error message you saw.
3. Don't include PHI. We'll look up what we need securely.

Your ticket stays open until the issue is fully resolved.
