How do subscriptions and mail credits work?
What each plan includes, what one mail credit covers, and how rollover works.
Every Cxnch subscription comes with a monthly allotment of mail credits. One mail credit sends one standard mailing.
What one mail credit includes
- Up to 2 pages, black and white, on premium paper
- An upgraded 6x9.5" envelope
- Postage
- Printing, folding, inserting and fulfillment
- Address validation (NCOA, CASS and DPV) before every job
Add-ons
Extra pages, color printing, Certified Mail, express fulfillment and large envelopes are billed at your tier's rate. You'll see the cost before you submit a job.
Unused credits roll over
If you send less than your plan allows, unused credits carry forward and stay available for 12 months from the date they're issued. The oldest credits are used first. Credits have no cash value.
Higher tiers cost less per credit
The price per credit drops as you move up, from $2.50 at Tier 1 to $1.00 at Tier 9. Tier 3 unlocks marketing mail (postcards, Every Door Direct Mail and bulk mail). Tier 5 unlocks Cxnch+ managed jobs. For Tier 10 and custom pricing, email sales@cxnch.com. See all tiers on the pricing page.
Need more credits in a busy month? Additional credits are billed at your tier's per-credit rate.
Shipping: Every plan includes multi-carrier parcel shipping at discounted rates. Parcel shipping is charged to your card on file and doesn't use mail credits.
