# What file formats does Cxnch accept?

## Send Mail accepts PDFs. Cxnch+ accepts almost any format, from PDF and PostScript to raw data and API inputs.

The formats you can use depend on how you send.

| Send Mail | PDF only |
| Cxnch+ managed jobs | Almost any format: PDF, PostScript (PS), raw data files (CSV, JSON, XML) and API inputs |

**Send Mail** is built for fast, simple jobs, so it takes print-ready PDFs only. If your document is in another format, save or export it as a PDF before you upload.

**Cxnch+** is for complex or recurring jobs. Our team sets up your template and business rules, so we can work with your data in whatever form your systems produce it, including direct API inputs. Cxnch+ is available on Tier 5 and above.

All uploads use encrypted transfer. If a file won't upload, see Common upload errors, or email support@cxnch.com with your Job ID.
