# What is Cxnch+ and how does it work?

## Our team builds your complex or recurring job once, then you run it in a few clicks.

Cxnch+ is for business-critical communications that go beyond a simple upload. Instead of setting up the job yourself every time, our team builds it with you once. After that, running it takes a few clicks.

**How it works**

1. **You describe the job.** Tell us what you send, who it goes to and how often. Share samples of past mailings.
2. **We build it.** Our team sets up the template and the business rules, such as which records get which letter, inserts or mail class.
3. **You approve a proof.** You review and sign off once.
4. **You run it.** From then on, pick the job from your list, upload the file, answer a couple of quick questions, and send.

**When to use Cxnch+**

- The same job goes out on a schedule, such as monthly statements or renewal notices.
- Your data comes from another system in a format other than a print-ready PDF.
- The job needs rules or options the Send Mail wizard doesn't offer.
- You'd rather hand off setup than run the wizard each time.

**What's included:** Cxnch+ runs on the same platform as Send Mail, so address validation, postal optimization, tracking and reporting are already built in. Cxnch+ jobs accept PDF, PostScript and raw data files (CSV, JSON and XML).

**Availability:** Cxnch+ is included on Tier 5 and above. To upgrade, see Changing your subscription.
